Our reputation for shipping orders as quickly as possible is very important to Legacy Medical Sales, LLC.  The following policies are designed to facilitate a smooth shipping process:

  • All orders over $75.00 qualify for free standard shipping. Standard flat-rate shipping of $8.50 is charged on orders under $74.99
  • Shipping is FREE only within the contiguous United States. All other U.S. locations (AK, HI, PR, AS, FM, GU, MH, MP, PW, VI) will have higher shipping rates.
  • Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays are not considered shipping days.
  • The address of a PO Box cannot be used to ship orders.
  • Orders placed by 1pm EST are likely to ship the same day. Orders received after 1pm EST will ship the following business day.
  • There are 15 distribution centers in the United States where Legacy Medical Sales distributes its products. The majority of items in stock will be shipped directly from us.
  • It is possible for an item to be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, which can cause a slight delay in shipping.
  • Once your orders ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number, shipping currier and estimated delivery date.
  • Special or custom item orders may take longer to ship out. There will be a notation on the product on our website. [Please note that special order items are final sale and, therefore, not returnable.]
  • Orders may ship in multiple packages in order to expedite delivery. There will be no additional shipping charges.
  • Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 business days but may take up to 7 days. Occasionally, items will be shipped from a different distribution center which may cause a brief delay in shipping.

Expedited Shipping

  • Customer Service can be reached at (800) 446-7310 for all expedited shipping requests.
  • There may be an additional charge for expedited shipping depending on the shipping location. Depending on the specifics of the order, shipping charges will be calculated. 
  • Expedited shipping may not be available on weekends and holidays.

Backorders

We will send you an email notification if an item is on backorder. Please ensure you provide us with a functioning email.  You can then choose to continue to wait for the product, change the order to a compatible substitute if possible, or cancel the order.  If we are unable to fill your order, you will be refunded completely.
